Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can lychee(s), pitted
- e.g. grapes, green or blue
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 500 ml milk
- 40 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the “eyes,” drain the lychees. Wash and dry the grapes, then place them in the center of the lychees. Then, make a vanilla pudding from vanilla pudding powder, milk, and sugar according to the package instructions and pour it into a shallow bowl. Before refrigerating the pudding, place the eyes halfway into the pudding. Tip: You can also add a little extra detail by adding red icing to the veins or creating blood with raspberry jam, etc.
