Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 75 g cream cheese, grainy, light
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • little fat for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until finely chopped and blended. Cook in a pan with a little fat over medium heat until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup and fruit of your choice.
