Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large hunting sausage
- 1 egg(s)
- some flour
- some breadcrumbs
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple but delicious
Whisk the egg with a little milk. Cut the sausage into not-too-thick slices. Coat first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the slices on both sides over medium heat until the breading is nice and crispy. Serve with a fresh mixed salad and mashed potatoes.
