This delicious refreshment is so easy to make: Mix three equal parts vodka, ayran, and Red Bull with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Cut a tangerine into a simple bird shape, loosely holding an olive in its beak. Serve this liquid delicacy in a martini glass.
