Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter of Bock beer
- 0.7 liters of schnapps (Doppelkorn)
- 500 g sugar
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 tbsp cloves
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- some ginger, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the lemon thinly and then slice the lemon. Gently heat the Doppelbock in a saucepan along with the sugar, lemon zest, lemon slices, a few slices of ginger, and the spices until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil briefly and remove from the heat. Let cool slightly, then add the alcohol. Strain the finished liqueur, bottle, and store in a cool place.
