Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 250 g yogurt, at least 1.5% fat
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork until smooth, then mix with curry powder and yogurt. Season to taste with lemon juice and salt.
