Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed forest mushrooms, for example, porcini mushrooms, chestnuts and birch mushrooms
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 cup Thin broth, or water
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Fat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Flour
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms, cut into pieces and boil briefly in salted water, then drain off the water.
  • Let the fat get hot in a pan and brown the chopped onions in it. Add the mushrooms and heat them up vigorously.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add water and cream. Let it get hot again and the flour binds the sauce. (To do this, stir flour with a little water)
  • Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Dumplings are described in my KB and are very simple. Potatoes also go well with it.
  • Bon appetit!
