Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 250 g chanterelles or mushrooms, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 375 ml broth
  • 125 ml red wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of herbs (oregano, marjoram, hyssop), chopped
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 300 g ribbon pasta, or spirals
  • 1 handful of parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Home cooking

Peel and finely chop the onion, then fry it together with the minced meat in hot oil, stirring constantly. Slice the mushrooms and fry them with the onion. Sprinkle with flour, mix well, and pour in the broth and wine. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs. Simmer the sauce for about 6 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain well, and set aside. Mix the pasta with the sauce and parsley and serve. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with leaf salad. Tip: You can also sprinkle with roasted bacon cubes.
