Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g tortellini
- 250 g mushrooms (white or brown)
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp sweet cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 cl white wine
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in cooking oil, add the bacon cubes, and fry both briefly. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté covered over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Then deglaze with the white wine and simmer with the lid on for another 5 minutes. Now add the sour cream and mix everything together. Finally, season with salt and pepper and add the sweet cream. Be careful not to let it boil again! Meanwhile, cook the tortellini in salted water until tender. The sauce can either be mixed directly with the finished tortellini or simply poured over the top. If desired, you can sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
