Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 4 spring onions
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna
- 3 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Oil (olive oil)
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Gobetti = fork spaghetti
Cook the pasta al dente. Make the dressing with the vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, and the crushed garlic clove. Tear the tuna into small pieces, slice the spring onions, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix everything in a bowl. Let the spaghetti cool slightly before adding it. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
