Quince jam with lemon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of gelling sugar
  • 500 g quince(s)
  • 3 lemons, untreated
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the quinces with the lemon peel, cut into small pieces, and lemon juice until tender, then season with spices. Remove the quinces, puree them, and return them to the pan. It’s important to strictly adhere to the instructions on the preserving sugar packet for the quantities. And then the usual stuff. Jars, etc. This recipe is once again from my experimental kitchen.
