Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 250 g blackberries
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

enough for 5 – 6 glasses

Peel and wash the fruit. Halve the strawberries and combine everything with the preserving sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 3-4 minutes (if you don’t like large pieces of fruit in your jam, you can puree the mixture with a hand blender). Then pour into 5-6 clean, hot-rinsed jars with twist-off lids. Seal the jars immediately and let them stand upside down for about 5 minutes. Finally, turn them upside down.
