Foxy’s Snackbar: Camembert – Treats

The perfect foxy’s snackbar: camembert – treats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Baguette
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Cream cheese
  • 2 Camembert e.g. Geramon
  • 1 kl. Can Mandarin oranges
  • 2 tbsp Wild cranberries
  1. Slice the baguette rolls diagonally, cover with a little cream cheese and place the lettuce leaves on top.
  2. Cut the camembert open like a cake and place the pieces on the salad. On each piece a mandarin orange and a small dollop of wild cranberries on top
