Foxy’s Snack Bar: Salami Rolls on Crackers
The perfect foxy’s snack bar: salami rolls on crackers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salami rolls
- 200 g Salami slices – thinly sliced
- 200 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 1 Glass Sausage salad pickles
- Cling film
Salami rolls
- Tear off a large piece of cling film and place it lengthways on the table.
- Place the salami slices on top, overlapping them a little.
- Spread the cream cheese on the salami slices
- Sausage salad cucumbers = cucumber strips (Hengstenberg) Drain about half of the cucumber strips in a sieve and then spread them on the cream cheese.
- Now roll up tightly with the help of the cling film, store in the refrigerator for a few hours, then cut into slices and place on the crackers. Garnish with a little parsley.

- Next time I will use slices of baguette instead of the crackers, because the crackers soak through after about 2 hours … I therefore only recommend using crackers if the delicacy is to be consumed immediately and should not be available for “transit guests” or well-wishers for a few hours
