Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g liver(s), scraped
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 small or medium onion, very finely chopped
- 30 g butter, soft
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- Meat broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Sauté the onion and parsley in a little fat, then combine with the other ingredients. Using two teaspoons, scoop out dumplings from the mixture. Add to the boiling meat broth (preferably homemade). Simmer for approximately 20-25 minutes.
