Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions
- 2 packs of tarte flambée dough
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 3 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp white wine, dry
- 1 egg(s), size L

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the horseradish, cream cheese, and egg in a mixture. Dice the onions and sauté them with the wine. Let the onions cool and stir them into the mixture. Place each packet of tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet and top with the mixture. Bake according to the package instructions until golden brown. A dry Silvaner wine is best served with this dish. If desired, you can also add some bacon.
