  • 1 dough (Pâte Brisée, in my recipes)

  • 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 60 g cheese (Gruyère), grated or sliced
  • 500 g tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tomato and mustard tart

Grease a tart pan with a scalloped edge and line it with the pastry. Spread the base generously with mustard. Spread the cheese on top. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into thick slices, then arrange them overlapping (like a shingle) on the tart. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 25 minutes. Done.
