Frankfurt Green Sauce – Vegan Variant

The perfect frankfurt green sauce – vegan variant recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch 7 Kräuter für Grüne Sauce
  • 1 cups Creme Vega
  • 2 cups Vegan yogurt natural
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tl Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 0,5 piece Lemon juice
  1. Wash the bunch of “herbs for green sauce” and then remove the stalks. (The bunch was complete, if not you need about 30g each of parsley, pimpinelle, borage, chervil, sorrel, chives and cress). Chop everything together in the Thermomix and the olive oil on high. Then add the spices, the Vega cream and the yoghurt while stirring and stir. Finished
  2. Serve with young potatoes and / or grilled vegetables
