Frankfurt Green Sauce
The perfect frankfurt green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 cups Sour cream
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 half Lemon
- 30 g Parsley
- 30 g Pimpinelle
- 30 g Borage
- 30 g Chervil
- 30 g Sorrel
- 30 g Chives
- 30 g Cress
- Depending on your taste, take 30-50 grams of the different herbs and remove the stems, because they taste bitter. Then finely chop the herbs together with a little olive oil.
- Mix the sour cream, creme fraîche, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and olive oil in a bowl and add the chopped herbs. Mix well – done!
- Go with potatoes and boiled eggs. Good Appetite!
