  • 370 g Flour 550
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 20 g Fresh yeast
  • 200 ml Warm water (<40 ° C)
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar



  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water (<40 ° C). Knead the flour, salt and yeast solution in a mixing bowl until a cohesive dough is formed. Divide the dough into 2 - 3 portions, shape into rolls and place on a bread baking sheet. Cover with a damp towel and let rise for 1-2 hours.
