Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g butter
- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 250 g bacon cubes
- 12 slices of Brie
- 25 cl whole milk
- 25 cl crème fraîche
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 handful of walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
A tart with Brie and bacon cubes
Knead the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry, roll it out into a flat tin, and form a rim, pressing it down with a fork. Spread the mustard very thinly over the dough. Fry the bacon cubes and spread them on top. Arrange the Brie in a star shape over the bacon cubes. Mix the ingredients for the topping and then pour over the top. Finally, scatter the walnuts over the tart. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 20-30 minutes.
