- 125 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 70 g sugar
- ½ cup(s) rum
- 200 g flour
- some rock sugar, crushed brown
Instructions

Specialty from our French friends
Cream the butter, egg, egg yolk, and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the rum. Fold in the flour. Place small heaps of dough onto a greased baking sheet using a teaspoon and sprinkle with crushed rock candy. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
