Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 1 cup corn
- 2 carrots
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- herb butter
- oil
- Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions

super tasty and quick to prepare rice dish
Cook the rice for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, dice the chicken breast fillet, season with pepper, and fry in a pan with a little oil and herb butter. Finely chop the vegetables, dice the onion, dice the bell pepper (not too finely, or they’ll overcook), and slice the carrots. Add the vegetables to the meat and fry everything. Add the tomato paste and deglaze with water. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the rice and toss with the tomato ketchup. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve with the baguette and salad.
