Fried shrimp with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g shrimp(s), fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and dry the shrimp. Finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan. Briefly fry the shrimp, turning once (they should be pink). Remove the pan from the heat. Season with garlic and sea salt. Serve immediately with herb rice. Using baguette instead of rice, this dish also serves as an appetizer for 6 people.
