Fresh carrot salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), cleaned
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ pack of parsley, frozen
  • Sugar, as needed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with apple, radish and yogurt dressing

Finely grate the carrots. Core the apple and finely dice. Remove the green parts and roots from the radishes and finely chop them. Mix with the grated carrots. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and parsley and stir in. Season to taste with sugar, salt, and pepper.
