Fresh salmon with spinach and garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g salmon, fresh
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of thyme, fresh
  • some flour
  • 250 g spinach, fresh
  • 2 garlic cloves, fresh
  • 1 tsp, leveled nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper, each
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, good, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

delicious quick dish with fresh spinach and garlic

Wash the salmon and pat dry, rub with lemon, season with salt and pepper, and let stand for about 30 minutes. Peel the garlic and press it with the back of a knife. Wash and dry the fresh spinach. Add a little olive oil to a pan and sauté two cloves of garlic. Add the spinach, stirring occasionally. Season the spinach with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and keep warm. Now coat the fish in flour and fry it with the remaining two cloves of garlic and the thyme. The fish should have an internal temperature of about 70 degrees Celsius. Arrange the fish and spinach attractively and serve.
