Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pack of tortellini
- 100 ml cream
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of tomatoes, pureed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Bring to a boil with the tomato paste, water, and broth. Once the soup is boiling, add the peeled tomatoes, spices, and garlic clove and simmer for another 20 minutes. Then add the tortellini to the soup and cook according to the package instructions. Add the 2 cups of water and the passata as needed. Finally, add the cream and season to taste.
