Fried arugula with bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g arugula
  • 10 mushrooms (shiitake)
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and simple

Heat a pan with olive oil. Wash the arugula and remove the stems. Slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Add everything to the pan, fry, and garnish with a little rosemary. Cut the bacon into strips and add it to the pan. Add the juice of half a lemon and season with salt and pepper.
