  • 500 g asparagus, white
  • 30 g butter or margarine
  • Salt (smoked salt

Peel the asparagus and cut into approximately 3 cm long pieces. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the asparagus pieces and fry over low heat until al dente. Season with Fuchs “Old Hickory” smoked salt. This is a great vegetable side dish for stir-fries. Tip: It can also be used as a salad dressing after it has cooled down.
