Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-large beetroot
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper (spiced pepper)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the beets and spiralize them into spaghetti using a spiralizer. Heat the clarified butter in a cast iron pan and fry the beets, turning occasionally. After about 10 minutes, add the pine nuts and continue to toast. After another 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, deglaze with Worcestershire sauce. Reduce the heat and let the Worcestershire sauce evaporate.
