Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large celeriac
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 50 g flour
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g butter
- ½ lemon(s), untreated

Peel and wash the celery root, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices, and pre-cook in the broth for 5 minutes. Coat the drained celery slices first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with hot butter for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
