  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 43 minutes

very simple and delicious

Knead the grated cheese, flour, and egg into a dough and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Form the dough into balls, roll them again in flour, and then deep-fry until golden brown. Serve the cheese balls with cranberries and salad.
