Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pack of feta cheese (or sheep’s cheese)
- Parsley
- some oil (olive oil)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions

works on the charcoal grill, but also in the oven + grill
Make small rectangular baking dishes out of aluminum foil. Brush them with oil. Slice the tomatoes and feta and layer them in a shingle-like layer. Sprinkle some parsley between the slices. Crush the garlic and sprinkle it over the tomatoes and feta pieces along with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Now simply place the dishes on the grill. This will take about 10-15 minutes. A delicious change during the grilling season.
