Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pasta, cooked
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Sauté the onions in a little fat until translucent. Whisk the eggs with the milk. Stir in the cooled onions, cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan in heated fat for about 10 minutes. Cover and let simmer for another 5 minutes without electricity. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
