  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 350 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp Freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 6 piece Spring onion
  • 4 tbsp Sherry sweet
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 100 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp Food starch
  • 1 piece Orange / orange fillets
  • 1 bunch Freshly chopped chives

Preparation:

  1. First we peel the onions and garlic. Halve the onions and cut into slices. Finely dice the garlic. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Clean the carrots and rinse under cold water, cut into fine strips.
  3. Peel the ginger and grate finely with a sharp slicer.
  4. Rinse the chicken breast fillets well under cold running water, pat dry and cut into strips.

To the WOK and go:

  1. Heat the oil in a large WOK. Add the onions, carrot sticks and garlic. Fry everything over high heat until it starts to get soft.
  2. Now add the chicken breast fillets cut into fine strips with the freshly grated ginger and pan-fry for another 10 minutes
  3. Now we mix the sherry, tomato paste, sugar, orange juice and cornstarch well in a small bowl and finally add the ground ginger.
  4. We now stir this sauce with the other ingredients in the WOK and heat them until it starts to boil and becomes thick.
  5. Finally, orange fillets are added, which are only warmed up so that they don’t fall apart.
  6. We also had Chinese noodles with it. But it also works with rice or on its own.
  7. Now sprinkle with it on the preheated plates and with the chives and ENJOY
