Fried Chicken with Lime and Coriander Sauce

The perfect fried chicken with lime and coriander sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Pc. Chicken breasts
  • Flour
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 0,25 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1,5 Cup Poultry stock
  • 1,5 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1,5 Pc. Fresh coriander
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli from the mill
  • 4 tbsp Whipped cream
  1. Lightly dust the chicken breast with flour.
  2. Warm up in a large pan with a little olive oil and butter. Sear the chicken breast on each side (1 minute per side) (add salt, pepper).
  3. Take the chicken breast out of the pan and place in a saucepan with a lid.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  5. In the same pan, add the stock, onions, lime juice and coriander and cook until it is reduced to half a “cup”.
  6. Then add the cream and butter and wait until the butter has melted.
  7. Add the chicken breast back to the pan and place the pan with the sauce and chicken in the oven for about 5-10 minutes (until the chicken is cooked through).
  8. Option 8: Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
