The perfect fried chicken with waffles & sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Waffles:

  • 600 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 600 g Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 600 g Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 600 g Paprika powder
  • 600 g Mace
  • 600 g Onion powder
  • 600 g Curry
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 150 g Spelled flour type 630
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Telly cherry pepper
  • 70 g Soft butter
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 250 ml Rapeseed oil

Sour Cream:

  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Garlic clove from my KB
  • 1 Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 Telly cherry pepper

Fried Chicken:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small, thin cutlets. Then I steaked it, but you don’t have to. Then season with the above spices and soak in buttermilk. Insert for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight!
  2. Drain the next day and turn twice in flour!

Waffles:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, pepper, then add butter and buttermilk and stir everything well! Let go!

Sour Cream:

  1. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, sour cream and creme fraiche with the spices. Squeeze lemon and garlic and stir in too! Cool!

Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!

  1. Then heat the oil in a saucepan, about 3cm deep and deep-fry the chicken in portions one after the other and keep warm in the oven! Heat the waffle iron, grease if necessary and bake the waffle batter!
  2. Distribute on plates and who can serve lemons with it! I had a green salad with it, but Cole Slaw also works great.
