Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast
  • Salt, pepper, rosemary
  • Polenta (baked corn porridge)
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp Frying fat
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

  • Heat the water on the stove and stir in the polenta (according to the instructions on the package or, as I always do, by feeling). Put on a low flame and let it set slowly while stirring. Pull from the stove.
  • Put on a pan with the frying fat. Cut the chicken breast into slices, add salt and pepper and fry in the pan on both sides so that it doesn't get too dry. Turn off the stove and the pan can still stand on it.
  • Season the polenta with salt, pepper and rosemary. If you like, you can stir sweaty charlottes into the polenta.
  • Finally, arrange everything and serve with 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
