Instructions
- Cut the feta into 5–2 cm thick strips. Whisk the eggs in a deep plate. Place the flour and breadcrumbs separately on a plate. Turn the feta strips one after the other in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the feta sticks all around for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper.
- The feta sticks go well on a Greek starter plate served with a piece of lemon or with a farmer's salad.
