Ingredients

  • 1 size Zucchini
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Crumbled sheep cheese
  • Some oil to fry
  • Wooden toothpick
  • Some sesame seeds to sprinkle
  • Salt

Instructions

  • If you have a large zucchini cut it into two equal pieces. If you only have a small one, it is best to take two pieces, cut the zucchini into two equal pieces as mentioned above and peel them. Now cut thin, wide slices out of it. I got about 6 discs per piece.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and cut into small sticks. Heat oil, about 5 tablespoons, in a pan and add the garlic sticks and fry briefly and fry the zucchini slices until they get a nice color (slightly browned). After frying, remove from the pan and try to leave the garlic sticks in the pan . Let everything cool down.
  • Now crumble the sheep's cheese. When the zucchini slices have cooled down a little, fill them with some sheep cheese, roll them up and secure with a toothpick so that the zucchini slices do not open again. Serve on a plate, pour the garlic sticks with the oil over the zucchini rolls and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds. Finished! 🙂
  • A delicious finger food snack, served with fresh flatbread and tzatziki ...
