Fried fish in green curry sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of fish fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 onion(s), cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp curry paste, green or green curry powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • Chili oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the fish, pat dry, and coat with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear the fish on both sides for about 1 minute, then remove. Heat a little more oil and sear the onion and garlic. Add the remaining spices, deglaze with the coconut milk and a little water, and bring to a boil. Carefully add the fish and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and green chili. This goes very well with rice!
