Fried hard-boiled eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, small and fresh
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the eggs lengthwise, remove the yolks, and mix them with the crushed garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and water. Form them into 12 small balls and place them in the egg halves. Melt the butter in a pan and add the eggs, stuffed side down, and fry for 2 minutes until golden brown. Then flip and fry for another minute. Place the eggs on a platter. Mix the oil with the red wine vinegar, drizzle over the eggs, and serve immediately.
