Fried king oyster mushrooms with blue cheese and pear sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g king oyster mushrooms
  • 1 pear(s), firm-fleshed
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 400 g pasta
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and clean the king oyster mushrooms. Then cut 10-12 slices from the mushrooms. Cut the remaining mushrooms into small cubes. Dice the pear. Brown the mushroom cubes in plenty of fat. After a few minutes, add the pear and season with salt and pepper. Gradually add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Add the cheese in small pieces and let it melt. Fry the mushroom slices in a separate pan with plenty of fat on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Arrange all ingredients together on a plate.
