Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- some basil
- Salt and pepper (or orange pepper if available)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Vegetarian
Cut the vegetables into slightly thicker strips or wedges. Heat a large pan with a little oil, fry the onions, and then add the other vegetables. Season with salt and pepper right at the beginning so they cook faster. For the dip, mix the crème fraîche with the cream cheese. Finely chop the basil and add it. Finely chop the garlic clove and add it. Season with salt and pepper. If you have orange pepper at home, use it—it goes perfectly with this dish. Transfer the fried vegetables to the plates, drizzle with the dip, and enjoy! Of course, you can use any other vegetables you like!
