Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s) with spinach filling
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some sunflower oil
  • some parsley, fresh
  • 1 cup herb curd

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Cut the Maultaschen in half diagonally. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion rings until golden brown. Remove the onion rings and set aside. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the Maultaschen until golden brown. Serve the Maultaschen with the onion rings and garnish with the parsley. Serve the herb quark separately. Serve with a mixed leaf salad.
