Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg fish (ready-to-cook monkfish)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Mince the garlic and use it to lard the fish. Brush with a little oil and season. Grease a roasting pan with the remaining olive oil and place the fish in it. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, basting with the fish juices several times. Slice and serve with ratatouille or white wine sauce.
