Fried mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 50 g herb butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 200 ml broth or water
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp dressing (garlic dressing)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms, slice the onions into rings, and press one of the garlic cloves through a press. Heat the herb butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, onion rings, and garlic until hot, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Continue frying, then deglaze with the broth. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic dressing, add a garlic clove, stir, and let it infuse briefly. Once the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated, stir in the sour cream and serve the mushrooms with the garlic sauce.
