Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), orange
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- 1 dash of sesame oil
- 1 cube of spice mix (sweet and sour wok spice mix)
- 1 jar vegetables (Chop Suey vegetables)
- 2 plates of noodles (Asian noodles)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pour boiling water over the noodle sheets and let stand for about 5 minutes until softened. Cut the bell peppers into small sticks and sauté in a pan or wok with sesame oil. Cut the chicken breast into even, bite-sized pieces and add to the pan with the bell peppers to fry. Add the wok seasoning cube to the pan. Drain the chop suey vegetables and add to the pan as soon as the chicken is cooked. Add the soy sauce and fry the meat and vegetables until golden brown. Transfer the meat and vegetables from the pan to a bowl. Drain the noodles and fry with a dash of sesame oil and soy sauce. When the noodles are lightly fried, add the meat and vegetables, mix and fry to taste. Tip: Depending on your taste, you can add 1-2 eggs to fry with the noodles.
