Fried Noodles with Eggs

The perfect fried noodles with eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta to taste
  • 1 El Vegetable stock powder
  • Salt pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 60 ml Milk
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Heat some fat in a pan and add the pasta. Sprinkle with the stock powder and stir-fry until browned. Season with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder. Whisk the eggs with the milk and pour over them. Let it set while stirring. Serve.
