Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spirals
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 sausages
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • possibly tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water with about 1 tablespoon of oil. Crack eggs into a pan, scramble them, and season with salt. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and stir in the scrambled eggs. Reduce the heat to low. Now add the sliced ​​sausages and wait a while until the sausage pieces are warm (about 5-10 minutes). If desired, you can garnish the dish with ketchup.
